Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

With a background in finish carpentry, interior finishing is our bread and butter. Replacing the trim in your home is a great way to give your home that fresh feel you are looking for, but we don't stop there. We offer decks, individual room remodeling, whole home remodels, and everything in between. If there’s a service you need i’m sure we offer it or we can help you find someone that does!

What locations do you service?

We are located in Buffalo, MN but we service all counties in the twin cities metro area and more! This includes: Wright, Sherburne, Anoka, Carver, Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Scott, and Dakota county. If your county isn't listed have no fear! Reach out to us and include your location. If your project is the right fit for us we will take it on no matter the Minnesota location. We currently do not service Wisconsin or any other surrounding states.

And your pricing?

As a high end builder we do not pride ourselves in being "the most affordable" . When it comes to your biggest asset (your home) we do not cut costs in order to get a job done. When it comes to remodeling, you can "do it right or do it twice". We are constantly going into homes to fix poor craftsmanship from a previous builder or finish a job that stopped unfinished as soon as the final check cleared. With that being said We do our best to provide our customer with products and materials that fit their price point.

That didn't really answer my question...

We have 2 different pricing models. In some situations it makes sense to give a fixed price for a job. Typically this is for smaller jobs and jobs that have fewer variables in price. In other situations we work on a cost plus model. This pricing is exactly how it sounds. You pay the total cost of the job with no markups. After all costs for the job are calculated we add an 18% contracting fee.

For example if we do a bathroom remodel and pay $15,000 employee and contractor labor. We also spend $8,000 on materials required to complete the job. The cost of the job is $23,000 plus $4,140
